Position Purpose
We are seeking reliable and professional Per Diem Waitstaff to support our Executive Program, which operates approximately 15 weeks each year during our Fall, Spring, and Summer sessions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking flexible, daytime, part-time work in a professional hospitality environment.
Required Qualifications
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a professional demeanor.
  • Ability to lift and carry catering equipment and stand for extended periods.
  • Dependable, punctual, and able to work a flexible schedule during program weeks.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous banquet, catering, or restaurant service experience preferred, but not required.

  • Provide professional food and beverage service, primarily in banquet and buffet-style settings, with occasional plated table service.

  • Assist with post-event cleanup and ensure event spaces are returned to their original condition.
