Skills & Experience (minimum):
- 5+ years of IT working experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business Administration or related field or equivalent combination of industry related professional experience and education
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal/written communication skills and ability adapt to varied audiences
- Ability to capture requirements, design workflow, and deliver solutions
- Understanding of business processes, workflows, analysis, and critical problem solving.
What We Look For (preferred):
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced and rapidly changing work environment either on a team or as an individual contributor
- Minimum 5 years of Salesforce/Force.com platform experience
- Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and to integrate business processes across disparate systems
- Extensive VisualForce, Apex Classes/Controllers, Apex Triggers development experience
- Web Services development or experience with the Salesforce API (REST/SOAP/MetaData, etc.)
- Experience developing custom applications on the Salesforce.com platform
- Experience with Salesforce Admin functionalities
- jQuery (or other leading JavaScript libraries) development experience preferred
- Knowledge of integrations, third-party integration tools, ETL with Salesforce
- Good knowledge of Object-Oriented Analysis and Design, database design and SDLC
- Excellent client-facing written, presentation and verbal communication skills
- Salesforce CPQ experience including product catalog configuration, pricing, approval workflows, and quote template design
- ServiceNow development or administration experience is a strong plus given our upcoming migration to Logik.ai, ServiceNow’s AI-powered CPQ platform
- Familiarity with CPQ integrations to downstream systems such as ERP, billing, or order management via REST/SOAP APIs
