- Understand the needs of customers and provide and ensure customer service in assigned departments.
- Maintain and demonstrate advanced knowledge of products and projects related to our signature departments.
- Order, merchandise, stock, and sign departmental products utilizing established standards.
- Be informed and provide product information to customers and the store team in the designated department, and further develop department product knowledge.
- Maintain department orderliness and cleanliness by complying with all established standards.
- Recommend and participate with other inter-departmental team members in efforts to improve the value of the department.
- Fill in at other departments and cashier positions as needed.
- Attend regular and special meetings as requested.
- Maintain and comply with all established retail standards.
- Stock store merchandise as directed.
- Open and/or close farm store as assigned.
- Act as Manager on Duty as assigned.
- Skills to operate a computer and other automated office machines.
