Job Title: Forklift Operator
Location: Knoxville, TN
Pay Rate: $17-hour
Job Summary: Seeking a skilled and safety-focused Forklift Operator to join our Knoxville team. This position is responsible for operating sit-down forklifts and cherry pickers to move, locate, stack, and count materials in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate has experience with powered industrial trucks and a strong commitment to workplace safety.
Key Responsibilities

  • Operate sit-down forklifts and cherry pickers to transport materials safely and efficiently
  • Load and unload trucks, trailers, and storage racks
  • Pick and stage orders accurately using a cherry picker
  • Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance issues
  • Maintain accurate inventory counts and assist with cycle counts
  • Follow all OSHA and company safety guidelines
  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards
  • Assist with general warehouse duties as needed
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous forklift experience required (sit-down and cherry picker)
  • Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain certification
  • Ability to work at heights and in narrow aisles
