These positions are often project-based or fill in for permanent staff during peak workloads. Temporary Welders must typically have experience with various welding techniques, such as MIG, TIG, or stick welding, and follow safety regulations. The job may be available in industries like construction, manufacturing, or shipbuilding. Duration can vary from a few days to several months, depending on the employer's needs.

You’ll also be responsible for setting up and maintaining welding equipment, conducting quality checks on completed welds, and ensuring safety protocols are strictly followed. Depending on the project's needs, you might work closely with fabricators, supervisors, or other welding professionals to complete assignments efficiently and on schedule.
