Job description

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Web Developer to build, edit, and maintain our global websites and regional properties (including our China site), supporting high-profile product introductions and digital marketing campaigns.
In this role, you will leverage reusable block components within Adobe AEM / EDS and manage regional publishing across global and localized platforms. Operating in a date-driven, multi-market environment, you will partner closely with marketing leads, design agencies, and translation teams to ensure flawless, on-time web delivery.
Key Responsibilities
  • Web Development & Publishing: Code and produce pages using HTML, and build scalable landing pages and campaign assets using reusable block components in Adobe AEM / EDS.
  • Product & Campaign Delivery: Own the end-to-end web delivery lifecycle for new product introductions and digital campaigns-from initial brief and implementation through launch and post-launch updates.
  • Localization & Testing: Implement agency-supplied translated content and test designs, layouts, and rendering integrity across global and China-specific platforms (e.g., Drupal-like environments).
  • Project Management & Tracking: Manage day-to-day web requests by triaging, prioritizing, and keeping stakeholders informed. Track timelines, asset handoffs, and dependencies across concurrent global launches.
  • Quality Assurance & Troubleshooting: Debug HTML, CSS, and rendering issues independently, ensuring absolute accuracy, layout integrity, and cross-browser/device compatibility prior to publication.
Key Requirements
  • Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, Information Systems, or a related field, accompanied by 4 to 6 years of professional web development experience.
  • Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience building and maintaining websites using Adobe AEM / EDS, alongside strong fluency in HTML, CSS, and troubleshooting rendering bugs.
  • Project Management: Exceptional organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple date-driven launches in parallel and keep cross-functional stakeholders aligned.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Strong problem-solving mindset and comfort collaborating across international time zones with remote teams and agencies.
Nice-to-Haves
  • Experience publishing, managing, and maintaining multilingual content.
  • Familiarity with alternative content management systems, such as Drupal.
  • Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals and digital marketing analytics.
