U.S. Bank is hiring for multiple Part-Time Custody Operations Specialist roles to support our Operations teams-and we'd love for you to be part of the journey.

💼 What You'll Do

In this role, you'll gain hands-on experience while supporting critical operational functions, including:

  • Navigating and applying policies and procedures

  • Performing data entry with accuracy and attention to detail

  • Contributing to team projects

  • Supporting teammates with a variety of day-to-day tasks

Schedule

  • Part-Time: 15-19 hours per week

  • Days: Monday-Friday

  • Hours: Flexible within 8:00 AM-6:00 PM

  • Minimum: 4 hours per day

📍 Location

  • Saint Paul, Tempe, Milwaukee, Cincinnati

  • Hybrid: 3 days in-office required

Qualifications

  • Associate's degree or equivalent work experience OR

  • High school diploma (or equivalent) with 2+ years of relevant experience

🛠 Skills & Experience

  • Foundational understanding of regulatory and accounting principles within Wealth Management & Investment Services

  • Ability to quickly learn systems, processes, and products within custody operations

  • Strong multitasking skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer navigation

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. Pay Range: $20.00 - $26.39
