Warehouse Operator - $21.75-$22.50/hr |  Weekly Pay
Macedon, NY | Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

Kelly is hiring Warehouse Operators for a leading food manufacturing facility in Macedon, NY. If you have warehouse, distribution, material handling, or equipment operation experience and are looking for a stable opportunity with long-term potential, we'd love to hear from you.
Pay
  • $21.75 - $22.50 per hour

Schedule
  • 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday | 4:00 PM - 12:30 AM
  • 3rd Shift: Tuesday-Saturday | 12:00 AM - 8:30 AM

Training: Candidates hired will complete approximately 2 weeks of paid training on 1st shift (Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM) before transitioning to their assigned schedule.
Overtime may be available based on business needs.
Responsibilities
  • Move raw materials, packaging supplies, and finished products throughout the facility
  • Operate electric pallet jacks, walk-behind stackers, forklifts, reach trucks, and other warehouse equipment as needed
  • Load, unload, stage, wrap, and label materials
  • Supply production lines with materials
  • Complete inventory transactions and maintain accurate records
  • Inspect materials and report any quality concerns
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse
  • Follow warehouse, food safety, GMP, and company safety procedures
Qualifications
  • Previous warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or material handling experience preferred
  • Experience operating warehouse equipment such as electric pallet jacks, forklifts, reach trucks, or walk-behind stackers is preferred
  • Comfortable learning and operating multiple types of warehouse equipment
  • Strong attention to detail and safety
  • Reliable attendance and dependable work ethic
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift
  • Basic computer skills are a plus
