Director of Supply Chain Job Summary:The Director of Supply Chain is responsible for leading and optimizing Pompeian's end-to-end supply chain operations, production planning, inventory management, procurement of packaging and finished goods materials, import logistics, domestic transportation, warehousing, and third-party logistics operations. This role provides strategic leadership to ensure the efficient flow of materials and finished goods throughout the supply chain while maintaining exceptional customer service levels, optimizing working capital, reducing costs, and supporting company growth objectives. The Director of Supply Chain will lead continuous improvement initiatives, develop strong supplier and logistics partner relationships, monitor industry trends and market conditions, and drive operational excellence across all supply chain functions. This position will report to the VP of Operations, offers a hybrid role 2 days remote, and 3 days on site at 4201 Pulaski Highway in Baltimore at corporate HQ. for Pompeian. Preferred candidates live in the state of Maryland. Will consider candidates from surrounding states such as; PA., DE., VA., West VA. Director of Supply Chain Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, Engineering, or related field 10+ years of purchase commitments, freight agreements, contracts Lead negotiations for strategic supplier, transportation, warehousing, and service contracts to secure favorable pricing, service levels, and
