Job Description

What You'll Do

  • Read and follow engineering drawings, work instructions, and technical specifications to complete precise, high-quality work.
  • Use hand tools, arbor presses, and other bench tools to assemble and process components to exact requirements.
  • Precision grind tungsten electrodes to support stable arc performance and weld quality.
  • Handle heated components and shrink-fit/chilled parts using proper safety practices.
  • Apply epoxies, potting compounds, and paints according to curing and safety requirements.
  • Verify quality using micrometers, vernier calipers, visual weld inspection, and leak check equipment.
  • Make machine or tooling adjustments to maintain quality tolerances and escalate issues when needed.
  • Use basic computer systems for labor reporting and production tracking.
Qualifications

What You Bring:

High school diploma or GED equivalent

A genuine willingness to learn and grow in a hands-on manufacturing environment

Mechanical aptitude and a strong work ethic-the foundation for mastery in precision work

Attention to detail and pride in producing quality results

Ability to follow technical documentation and instructions accurately

Ability to read and understand English

Hourly Rate Range:  $  20.00 -$24.00 per hour. Final rate will be determined by relevant experience, skills, and qualifications
