Position Summary:
The Department of Obstetrics Gynecology (OBGYN) at the Medical College of Wisconsin (MCW), seeks a board certified / board eligible physician to join our the Division of Complex Gynecology (AKA Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery) at the Assistant or Associate Professor level. This position is located in Milwaukee, WI at Froedtert Hospital. We are comprised of nationally and internationally renowned, dedicated group of faculty and staff with a strong commitment to clinical care.
Position Highlights:

• The candidate will help continue to grow the division and participate in planning and launch of a Complex Gynecology fellowship.
  
• The position will provide surgical care for benign gynecologic issues, as well as performance and reporting of gynecologic ultrasound.
  
• Outside of clinical practice, there are opportunities for teaching, research, administration, and community outreach.
  
• The Department of OBGYN provides clinical care in all OBGYN subspecialties and cares for patients in 12 diverse clinical settings associated with three quaternary or tertiary medical centers including Froedtert Hospital, Children's Wisconsin, and Zablocki VA Medical Center. Many faculty hold leadership positions at MCW and associated institutions.

Qualifications:

• Medical degree (MD, DO, or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
  
• Have a demonstrated excellence in Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery, with preference for prior completion of the Fellowship in Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery.
  
• Prior formal clinical experience or training with gynecologic ultrasound is preferred.
  
• State medical licensure, or eligibility to obtain license, in the state of Wisconsin.
