Position Summary

This role requires someone who understands storytelling, pacing, and structure, and can shape content into clear, engaging pieces across different formats. You should have a solid artistic eye, knowing how composition, shot selection, color grading, and visual flow impact the final product. At the same time, you need to be comfortable building and integrating motion graphics, titles, and visual elements that enhance the content and align with brand standards. Technically, you should be advanced in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, with a working understanding of color workflows, audio finishing, codecs, and delivery specs. You should be able to move efficiently without relying on templates or presets to solve every problem. We're looking for someone who is organized, fast, and reliable, someone who can manage multiple projects, maintain clean timelines, and consistently deliver polished, professional work with minimal oversight.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Must be proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects; DaVinci Resolve experience is a plus.
  • Take ownership of an edit from start to finish
  • Edit raw footage into polished, professional videos, incorporating color grading, sound design, motion graphics, and visual effects.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
  • Passion for storytelling and visual communication.
  • Can work fast without sacrificing quality
  • Pays attention to detail but knows when a project is complete
  • Ability to adapt to changing project needs and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • A keen eye for visual aesthetics and the ability to translate ideas into compelling visuals.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow, staying current with industry trends and techniques.

Education & Experience
  • Over 5 years of professional experience as a video editor, with a portfolio showcasing a range of work from concept to completion.
  • Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Arts, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
