We are seeking a highly creative and motivated individual to join a dynamic team in a Visual Design role. In this pivotal position, you will be instrumental in crafting the visual language and user experience of cutting-edge products, directly impacting how millions engage with transformative digital and physical interactions. **Key Responsibilities**
* Apply a broad range of design capabilities to drive digital product design from concept through execution and final implementation.
* Create compelling sketches, detailed wireframes, digital illustrations, and high-quality graphics in a variety of styles.
* Collaborate seamlessly with various cross-functional departments and teams, including product management and technology, to define scope and project needs.
* Expand upon and maintain established visual styles for existing products, ensuring alignment with industry standards and evolving design patterns.
* Contribute to the continuous progression of design excellence, setting new benchmarks for quality and innovation.
* Confidently pitch and present visual explorations to managers, principals, and executive leadership.
* Export and deliver production-ready assets with precision and efficiency.
* Actively participate in visual critiques, brainstorms, and project kickoffs, offering valuable insights and feedback.
* Develop content for interactive devices and contribute to engaging digital experiences.
**Must-Have Qualifications**
* Minimum of 3 years of professional design experience, specifically within branded campaigns, commerce, hospitality, or large-scale experience design.
* Proven experience creating products with a user-first design approach.
* A strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of projects, illustrations, and compelling visual storytelling across various styles.
* Solid understanding of art and visual design principles and techniques, including 2D design, layout, composition, color theory, and animation.
* Exceptional artistic talent and creative problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in industry-standard vector illustration software, image manipulation software, and modern prototyping and collaboration tools.
* Capable of building interactive prototypes.
* Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly, concisely, and professionally.
* Good written communication skills.
* Ability to apply rigorous design thinking to complex challenges.
* An inclusive design approach, capable of authentically representing diverse user and project needs.
* A positive, enthusiastic attitude and a self-starter mentality.
* Reliable, passionate about your work, and able to take creative direction effectively.
* Keen eye for detail combined with a clear understanding of the big picture.
* Team player who values regular and effective communication.
* Bachelor's Degree in Art, Design, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
