  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Strong written, electronic and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to travel to project sites throughout the Chicago metropolitan area.
  • Ability to safely walk active jobsites, climb ladders and access project areas with or without reasonable accommodation.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience

  • Experience managing projects valued between approximately $500,000 and $20 million.
  • Experience with ground-up construction, site work, underground utilities, retail, automotive, grocery or occupied-facility renovations.
  • OSHA 30 certification.
  • Relevant lift, equipment, fall-protection or safety certifications.
  • Hands-on trade or technical background.
  • Basic Excel proficiency.
  • Experience coordinating both union and nonunion subcontractors.
  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Weekly pay cycle with performance-based completion bonuses.
  • 401(k) retirement savings program.
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and health savings account (HSA) plans.
