Required Skills:

User research utilizing multiple methods 

Interaction design and prototyping, Usability testing

Experience designing for web and/or mobile solutions

Visual/graphic design and Creative solutions

Design/prototyping tools (for example - Axure, iRise, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Fireworks, Visio)

Experience performing user research, user interface design activities, and usability evaluations       for a software application or system of systems

Experience using usability and visual design principles

Experience with visual design/prototyping tools
