The Position

We are recruiting for a Police Services Analyst (Temporary - Full Time) $33.77 - $41.05/Hour + Medical Benefits. This position is budgeted through January 2027 and will transition to a temporary part-time position in February 2027.
The Police Services Analyst plays a vital role in enhancing efficiency, transparency, and service delivery within the Police Department. This position supports the department through research, data reporting, project management, and administrative coordination.
Under general direction, performs analytical assistance in support of assigned management, department, and/or program operations and projects; performs a variety of duties related to the coordination, registration, and scheduling of staff training and development activities; administers Racial and Identify Profiling Act and Body Worn Camera programs; researches and analyzes practices and procedures and makes recommendations for organization, policy, and procedural improvements; provides staff assistance to department management in areas of expertise; and performs related duties as assigned.
*THIS POSITION IS TEMPORARY WITH LIMITED BENEFITS.
Qualifications
Any combination of training and experience that would provide the required knowledge, skills, and abilities is qualifying. A typical way to obtain the required qualifications would be:
Education:
Equivalent to an associate degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in public administration, business administration, or a closely related field. A bachelor's degree is preferred.
Experience:
Two (2) years of increasingly responsible clerical or administrative support experience in a law enforcement environment.
Licenses and/or Certificates Required: None.
