Temporary Bilingual Bus Dispatch Helper (English/Spanish)

Location: Various locations throughout Gwinnett County, GA

Pay: $16.00/hour

Start Date: July 29

Schedule: Day Shift Daytime Working Hours - Project - 2-4 Weeks

Job Summary

TRC is seeking reliable, bilingual (English/Spanish) Bus Dispatch Helpers to support transportation operations throughout Gwinnett County. This is a great opportunity for candidates who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, have strong communication skills, and can assist with coordinating bus routes and drivers.

Responsibilities

  • Assist dispatchers with daily transportation operations.

  • Communicate with drivers in both English and Spanish.

  • Relay route and schedule information accurately.

  • Help coordinate driver assignments and transportation needs.

  • Maintain clear and professional communication with staff.

  • Perform general administrative and dispatch support duties.

  • Work at various locations throughout Gwinnett County as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

  • Basic computer skills.

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

  • Reliable transportation to travel to different Gwinnett County locations.

  • Previous dispatch, customer service, or transportation experience is a plus but not required.
