What You’ll Do
  • Lead large-scale underground utility construction projects from start to finish while ensuring safety, budget, and schedule alignment.
  • Direct project teams and allocate labor and equipment resources effectively to maximize productivity.
  • Oversee bid preparation, change orders, and cost control efforts to ensure financial accuracy and accountability.

  • Monitor billing cycles, cost analysis, and compliance with company procedures and contracts.

To Be Successful in This Role, You’ll Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field—or equivalent experience with strong project leadership success.
  • 5+ years of underground utility construction project management experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of safety, environmental, and construction regulations and practices.
  • Exceptional communication skills for working with clients, teams, and external partners.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to manage project documentation effectively.
  • Strong mathematical and estimating abilities to calculate materials, footages, and project costs accurately.
  • Proven ability to mentor, motivate, and lead through collaboration and accountability.
  • Valid California driver’s license in good standing.
