Temporary Transportation Underwriter Jobs (NOW HIRING)

Seeking Full-Cycle Mortgage Processors to do Home Equity Processing for an esteemed Michigan Credit Union.

Description

Hours: Monday through Friday 8:30am to 5pm with 30 minute lunch

Pay Rate: $22-26/hr

Location: Onsite in Troy, MI

Responsible for:

- Managing 25 to 30 files per person (once fully trained)

- Processing home equity loans from start to finish

- Reviewing income information (ie. Pay stubs)

- Orderging appraisals if needed

- Ordering flood certification

- Gathering payoff information

- Reviewing mortgagee clause

- Preparing files for closing and sending to underwriting

- Arrange closing

This is a Contract position based out of Troy, MI.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00/hr.
