Warehouse Associate (Shipping & Receiving / Order Picking)

📍 Location: Dania Beach, FL

🕗 Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM


About the Opportunity

Join a growing distribution operation supporting the window tint industry! This facility supplies high-quality film products to car dealerships and commercial clients.

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Warehouse Associate to help manage order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, and inventory.

This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door, with strong potential to transition into a permanent position with full benefits.


What You’ll Do
  • Accurately pick, pull, and measure orders based on purchase orders (POs)
  • Measure film using a tape measure and convert yards to feet as needed
  • Package and label products for shipment
  • Process shipping and receiving using UPS, DHL, or FedEx systems
  • Assemble boxes and prepare outgoing shipments
  • Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety
  • Conduct monthly inventory counts and track stock levels
  • Assist with loading/unloading materials (up to 50 lbs)
  • Use RF scanners and inventory systems (if experienced)

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in each prior role (consistent warehouse work history required)
  • Experience in shipping, receiving, order picking, and packaging
  • Ability to read POs and select orders accurately
  • Comfortable using or learning measurement conversions (yards ↔ feet)
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Strong attention to detail and reliability

Preferred (Nice-to-Have)
  • Experience with RF scanners
  • Familiarity with ERP systems
  • Experience using UPS WorldShip or FedEx software
  • Previous experience in a smaller warehouse environment
  • Loading/unloading experience

Work Environment
  • Climate-controlled warehouse (comfortable indoor setting)
  • Smaller team environment with cross-training opportunities
  • Physically active role involving standing, walking, lifting, and packing
  • Steel toe shoes required for safety

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
