Job description

Overview
The Revenue Assurance Specialist will be responsible for exporting and importing data from assigned direct suppliers and TSDs into RPM. In addition to ensuring that all assigned commission reports are imported, responsibilities also include directly communicating inquiries to payors around commissionable orders and reconciliation of orders placed with suppliers and payments received. The Revenue Assurance Specialist is responsible for developing reports based on necessary research involved with supplier data and can identify missing billing information and variances on reports.
Responsibilities
  • Submit tickets to the back office of suppliers/TSD's and follow up when there are discrepancies with commissions items
  • Assist with importing supplier reports into RPM
  • Track deposits to statements and research discrepancies
  • Assign new accounts in RPM to allocate commissionable data
  • Help with researching billing variances and missing accounts
  • Assist in auditing and reconciling billing variances
  • Submit supplier inquiries based on agent requests

Qualifications
  • Microsoft 365 Suite
  • Ability to analyze data
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask when necessary
  • Able to work independently and manage time appropriately with minimal direction
  • High school diploma and at least two years of related experience preferred
  • RPM Software experience
  • SalesForce software experience
  • Telecom knowledge
  • Knowledge of financial/business analysis techniques
