As a Temporary Tech, you may be assigned to a variety of technical projects, ranging from equipment setup and troubleshooting to assisting with software installations and user support. What is the 70 30 rule in hiring?

The 70/30 rule in hiring suggests that 70% of a candidate's evaluation should focus on skills and experience, while 30% should consider cultural fit and soft skills. Strong problem-solving abilities, adaptability, and effective communication are important soft skills for this role. These skills and qualities ensure you can quickly address technical issues, support ongoing operations, and seamlessly integrate into various workplace environments.
