Description
Position Summary
- Our client is seeking a highly experienced and tenured Paralegal to support both Enterprise Procurement and Legal teams within a large corporate environment. This individual will play a critical role in managing contract review, remediation efforts, drafting support, and contract lifecycle management activities while helping address a significant volume of contract work.
- This position is ideal for a legal professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and has extensive experience partnering with legal, procurement, compliance, and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Review contracts and supporting documentation for completeness, accuracy, and consistency
- Assist with drafting amendments, notices, summaries, and standardized contract templates
- Support contract remediation and repapering projects across the organization
- Monitor contract milestones, key dates, obligations, and approval workflows
- Coordinate contract execution activities between legal, procurement, and business stakeholders
- Maintain contract records, documentation, and repositories within contract management systems
- Support contract intake, routing, execution, and ongoing lifecycle management processes
- Identify non-standard contract terms and escalate potential legal risks to attorneys as appropriate
- Assist with reporting, tracking, and operational initiatives related to enterprise contracting activities

- 10+ years of experience in Paralegal, Contract Management, Legal Operations, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of commercial contracting processes and contract lifecycle management

- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional business partners

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $55.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
