Description: Job Description: Department - Production Job Title - Material Handler / Reach Truck Forklift operator Job Location - Aurora, IL Job Shift - 1st 7am-5:30pm Pay Rate - $20.00 per hour Job Type - Temp to hire ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES • Safely load, unload, move, and store raw materials, components, and finished products • Pull, verify, and fill orders using pick lists, work orders, and shipping documents • Operate forklifts, double-reach trucks, and pallet jacks; perform daily safety inspections • Supply production lines with required materials to support on-time production • Maintain accurate inventory counts and management, complete bin transfers, and document stock movements in the system (NetSuite/MRP) • Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies, equipment issues, or labeling errors • Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant work environment • Follow all safety policies and assist with general warehouse duties as needed • Requires attention to detail, basic math and Excel skills, ability to stand for long periods, and lift up to 50 lbs. QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS Experience driving a double-reach forklift Tablet usage • Experience using an MRP • Experience driving a forklift 1.
