Job description

Job Title: Supply Chain Inventory Analyst


Job Type: Full-time; Hybrid


Responsibilities:


  • Gain an extensive and highly detailed understanding of inventory product needs, stock levels, and control systems.
  • Manage, update, and analyze digital inventory marketing strategy and e-commerce platform.
  • Manage and maintain partnership programs with other online inventory marketing platforms.
  • Assist in automation of inventory synchronization and other reporting requirements with strategic partners and customers.
  • Monitor sales activity to maintain proper inventory levels.
  • Analyze supplier inventory availability to ensure client may capitalize on purchasing to support customer demand and/or strategic stocking.
  • Responsible for daily management of product marketing platforms.
  • Assist the Procurement Team by providing internal and external data sources to inform procurement analyses.
  • Evaluate internal and third party data to make pricing recommendations.
  • Collaborate with supplier business development, sales, and procurement teams, as required.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and in the implementation of new systems and processes to facilitate strategic growth initiatives.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Experience:


  • BS Degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Statistics related field or relevant equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 4 years data, reporting or analytics experience is required.
  • Prior experience in electronic component distribution or manufacturing preferred
  • Intermediate to Expert MS Excel skills, including data analysis, formulas, and dashboard creation
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail is required
  • Ability to function autonomously with a strong sense of ownership

Compensation Details: This position offers a competitive base salary, $80k-$100k.
