Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced UX/Product Designer to help create intuitive, high-quality digital products and experiences. This individual will work closely with end users, product partners, and software development teams to understand user needs, identify opportunities, and translate insights into thoughtful, user-centered design solutions.
The ideal candidate combines strong UX design and user research capabilities with the ability to turn qualitative and quantitative insights into wireframes, prototypes, user interfaces, and actionable product recommendations. Experience working within large, cross-functional organizations and collaborating with modern Agile product and development teams is highly valuable.
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct user interviews, surveys, usability testing, and other formal research activities to understand user behaviors, needs, and pain points.
  • Gather and analyze qualitative and quantitative user data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Translate research findings into product recommendations, design hypotheses, user stories, and actionable insights.
  • Partner closely with product managers, developers, stakeholders, and end users throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs to communicate design concepts.
  • Develop and refine intuitive user interfaces for digital applications and products.
  • Apply usability principles, mental models, and user-centered design practices to product strategy and execution.
  • Use rapid prototyping and visualization techniques to explore and validate potential solutions.
  • Contribute to information architecture, interaction design, visual design, and overall product experience.
  • Apply strong visual design principles, including typography, hierarchy, layout, and iconography.
  • Present design concepts, research findings, and recommendations clearly to cross-functional partners and stakeholders.
  • Document research findings, design decisions, processes, and product recommendations.
  • Iterate on designs based on user feedback, research findings, business requirements, and technical considerations.

Required Skills & Experience
  • Professional experience in UX Design, Product Design, User Experience, or a closely related discipline.
  • Strong experience conducting user research, interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
  • Experience translating user needs and research findings into actionable product and design solutions.
  • Strong understanding of interaction design, information architecture, usability, and user-centered design principles.
  • Experience creating wireframes, user flows, mockups, prototypes, and application/interface designs.
  • Strong visual design skills, including typography, layout, hierarchy, and iconography.
  • Experience collaborating with product managers, engineers/developers, end users, and business stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively within cross-functional and iterative product development environments.
  • Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator or comparable design tools.
  • Strong communication, presentation, documentation, and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Preferred / Additional Skills
  • Experience supporting digital products within a large-scale retail, e-commerce, enterprise, or consumer-facing organization.
  • Familiarity with Agile product development and working with product backlogs and user stories.
  • Experience analyzing quantitative product or user data.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Familiarity with data cleansing and data analysis techniques.
  • Working knowledge of SQL and/or Python for analyzing or interpreting data.
  • Experience using data alongside qualitative research to inform product and UX decisions.

Ideal Background
Candidates may come from backgrounds including UX Design, Product Design, Interaction Design, UX Research, Experience Design, or UI/UX Design, with particular value placed on individuals who can combine research, design thinking, visual execution, and cross-functional product collaboration.
