Night Shift Freezer Forklift Operator

If you are looking for a forklift position in a fast paced environment that still keeps you physically active, then this job is for you! This position is responsible for the movement and storage of food/food service products. This includes using a stand up forklift to move products to and from storage racks, and organize inventory. The role is critical for maintaining accurate stock levels, ensuring the quality and safety of food products, and supporting the timely fulfillment of customer orders. The operator must adhere to all safety protocols, food handling regulations, and company policies in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Stocker with Forklift (Dry or Perishable Warehouse)

Take products being delivered by the pallet load and put them into their designated locations using a stand-up forklift. Will need to be observant of order selectors who are quickly filling orders and work around them. Stockers are also responsible for replenishing the lower slots with product, making sure we are following proper rotation for food safety. May also need to pull full pallets from the higher shelves down to floor level for our pickers. The goal is for the pickers to never have to wait to pick a needed item. Products that you move will generally weigh 10-50lbs but will occasionally weigh up to 100lbs.

  • Dry Night shift starts at 5pm; starting wage is $19.50 with frequent increase opportunities in the first 90 days and semi-frequent through the next 18 months.
  • Perishable Night shift starts at 5pm; starting wage is $20.50 with frequent increase opportunities in the first 90 days and semi-frequent through the next 18 months.
  • Dry Day shift starts at 7am; starting wage is $18 with frequent increase opportunities in the first 90 days and semi-frequent through the next 18 months.
  • Perishable Day shift starts at 7am; starting wage is $19 with frequent increase opportunities in the first 90 days and semi-frequent through the next 18 months.

Note: Dry WH temps range from 40-80 degrees by season, Perishable WH is 29-53 in the cooler, and -10 to 0 degrees in the freezer

Basic math and reading skills are needed in all positions

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to regularly lift up to 50lbs
  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 100lbs
