Description
We are seeking experienced Naval Surface Warfare Maritime Vessel / RHIB Instructors to support maritime training operations. Instructors will deliver hands-on and classroom instruction focused on 11-Meter Willard RHIB operations, working directly with U.S. Navy and Coast Guard personnel in a structured training environment.
This role requires prior operational experience, strong instructional capability, and the ability to operate safely in demanding maritime conditions.

Compensation: $400 - $850/day (Dependent on Location, Role Level, and Experience)
Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver instruction on 11-Meter Willard RHIB operations, navigation, and safety procedures
  • Conduct hands-on training in open-water and vessel-based environments
  • Maintain classroom discipline and effective instruction for personnel ranging from E-1 to O-6
  • Support and execute Launch Handling and Recovery System (LHRS) operations
  • Develop and present Concept of Operations (CONOPS) briefings
  • Troubleshoot RHIB systems and provide operational guidance
  • Ensure compliance with all safety, operational, and training standards

Required Qualifications:
  • Qualified Patrol Leader for the 11-Meter Willard RHIB and/or NSW 11M RHIB qualified
  • Qualified Boat Coxswain (U.S. Navy or U.S. Coast Guard)
  • Prior Training Department experience within active duty or reserve Navy/Coast Guard command
  • Valid U.S. Coast Guard Master's License (minimum 25-Ton, Near Coastal)
  • Navy NEC 9502 or 805A Instructor Qualification
  • Current CPR / First Aid Certification (Red Cross or AHA)
  • Must meet U.S. Navy 1st Class swimmer requirements
  • Eligible for or able to obtain a SECRET clearance
  • Experience with:
    • Launch Handling and Recovery Systems (WMZ Stern Ramp & TBEC)
    • CONOPS briefings
    • RHIB troubleshooting and maintenance
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Physically capable of prolonged standing, climbing ladders, and operating on small vessels with gear
