Job Summary:

Simpsonville, KY is hiring Meat Production Workers! Starting pay is $18/hour, with a $0.50/hour raise after 90 days. This is a 1st shift, Monday–Friday position from 5:45 AM–2:30 PM. Responsibilities include assisting with meat processing and production, handling products, maintaining a clean and safe work area, and following food safety and quality procedures. Candidates should be dependable, comfortable with physical work, and able to work in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily slaughterhouse and meat processing operations.
• Perform various production tasks as assigned by supervisors.
• Handle and process meat products in accordance with company procedures.
• Operate production equipment and tools safely when trained and authorized.
• Lift, carry, move, and position materials and products throughout the work area.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
• Inspect products for quality and report issues to supervisors.
• Work efficiently as part of a team in a physically demanding environment.

Qualifications:

• Must be dependable and have excellent attendance.
• Ability to arrive on time for the 5:45 AM start time.
• Ability to work Monday–Friday and occasional overtime as needed.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
• Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and move materials as required.
