NJJUD Senior Java Developer/Architect

The Candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing application infrastructure to provide highly-complex, reliable, and scalable applications and systems to meet the organization's objectives and requirements.

Need a Java/J2EE architect to help Judiciary design and develop / design enterprise grade applications. Submit QUALIFIED Candidates ONLY. Candidate will Interface with business group, evaluate requirements, and conduct JAD sessions to perform requirement analysis. Successful Candidates must have a MINIMUM of 3 years Application Design Experience of complex enterprise grade J2EE applications Please note: Possible extension on this requirement. This is for the design of enhancements to an existing application. Candidate will have to work with existing staff to understand the existing application, understand requirements and create a design for the application enhancements.

- Provide technical leadership and guidance for team of Java developers - Provide end to end architectural and design components for complex applications - Interface with business group, evaluate requirements, and conduct JAD sessions to conduct requirement analysis - Lead configuration management and release management on day to day basis - Deliver design work products (class diagrams, activity/sequence diagrams etc) - Lead defect management and change management cycles
