Job description

Process materials through the stockroom and ensure transactional accuracy.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Manages physical inventory and stockroom security

  • Issues materials to and receives materials from the manufacturing floor

  • Executes work order issuance for manufacturing

  • Executes work order completions for manufacturing

  • Stocks material received from manufacturing, practicing FIFO at all times

  • Completes reconciliations of inventory and JD Edwards transactions as required

  • Assists with cycle counts as required

  • Assists with shipping activities as required

  • Other duties as assigned


Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Knowledge of manufacturing operations required (Inventory control, material movement, Lean, trend analysis, quality control, RMA)

  • Experience in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Experience with FedEx, UPS and or equivalent on-line shipping tools

Physical Requirements (With or without reasonable accommodation):

  • Walking: over 70%
