Temporary RVA Air Traffic Controllers are professionals hired on a short-term basis by Robinson Aviation (RVA), a company that operates contract air traffic control towers at various airports in the United States. These controllers are responsible for managing the safe and efficient flow of aircraft within their assigned airspace or airport, often filling in due to staffing shortages, special events, or seasonal increases in air traffic. They must be certified and meet all Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) requirements, just like permanent controllers.
