Description

American Traveler is seeking a Respiratory Therapist for an inpatient night shift assignment requiring 3+ years of Level 1/2 trauma facility experience and NICU Level 3 background.

Details
  • Inpatient respiratory therapy setting
  • Adult critical care and NICU Level 3 patient populations
  • 12-hour night shifts, 6:45p-7:15a
  • Every other weekend and every other holiday required
  • 36 hours per week
Requirements
  • RRT certification required
  • MA Respiratory Care license required if applicable
  • BLS certification required
  • NRP certification required
  • NPS and/or ACCS certification preferred
  • Minimum 3+ years of recent experience in a Level 1 or Level 2 trauma facility
  • NICU Level 3 experience required
  • Adult critical care experience required
  • Familiarity with lung protective ventilation required
  • Ability to make ventilator decisions based on patient assessment and lab results
Additional Information
  • Participate on the Code Blue team
  • Accepts local candidates within 50 miles of the facility at a reduced rate
