Level III NICU | 7 On/7 Off Schedule | $50,000 Sign-On Bonus

Mercy Clinic is seeking a BC/BE Neonatologist to join our established Women's & Children's team in Joplin, Missouri. This opportunity offers the chance to practice in a well-supported Level III NICU while enjoying an exceptional work-life balance and strong compensation package.

At Mercy, you'll join a collaborative team committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. Work alongside experienced OB/GYN physicians, Advanced Practice Providers, and neonatal professionals within a regional referral center serving a four-state area.

Opportunity Highlights

  • 7 on/7 off schedule

  • More than 1,200 deliveries annually
