Assignments can range from a few weeks to several months, offering flexibility and diverse work experiences.

To thrive as a Temporary RN, you need current RN licensure, clinical nursing knowledge, and experience providing patient care across various settings. Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR), medical equipment, and basic life support (BLS) certification are typically required. Temporary RN positions often offer a range of shift options, including days, evenings, nights, and weekends, depending on the healthcare facility's immediate needs.
