Rehabilitation Nurse

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Rehabilitation Nurse to join our team at a state-of-the-art inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital dedicated to the treatment and recovery of individuals with severe injuries or illnesses. In this role, you will provide specialized care and support to patients recovering from various conditions including stroke, brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, and orthopedic injuries.

Responsibilities
  • Provide nursing care and support to patients undergoing rehabilitation.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to patient needs.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
  • Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient recovery.
  • Educate patients and families about rehabilitation processes and home care.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Rehabilitation Nurse.
  • Current RN license and BLS certification required.
  • Basic computer knowledge and effective communication skills.
  • Preferred experience as an LPN.
Schedule

This position offers a shift from 6:45 AM to 7:15 PM, with guaranteed weekly hours of 48.
