Schedule: M-F + EOW, 3pm-11pm

What You'll Do

As a Charge Nurse, you will:

  • Provide and coordinate nursing care for residents in accordance with facility policies and state regulations.

  • Supervise and support CNAs and LPNs to ensure quality resident care.

  • Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members.

  • Maintain accurate documentation and follow all infection control protocols.

  • Lead by exampleโ€”fostering teamwork, accountability, and compassion on every shift.
