Registered Nurse (RN) Opportunity at Laurel Brook Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center

Join our team at Laurel Brook Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center as a Registered Nurse (RN)! Proudly supported by Marquis Health Consulting Services, we offer full-time, part-time, and per diem opportunities available with same day pay available.

We offer flexible schedules including: 7 AM-3 PM, 3 PM-11 PM, and 11 PM-7 AM for full-time, part-time, and per diem positions. Weekend Baylor shifts are 7 AM - 11:30 PM, 3 PM - 7:30 AM. Competitive pay of $3 PIB and $37.00-$42.00 an hour (all inclusive).

Responsibilities for Registered Nurse (RN):

  • Provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the physician's plan of treatment, as well as the written plan of care.
  • Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
  • Perform medication administration and treatments in accordance with the plan of care (POC).
  • Monitor and assess residents' conditions, promptly reporting changes to appropriate clinical team members.
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and complete documentation in accordance with physician orders, facility policies, and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and high-quality resident care.
  • Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, safety standards, and nursing regulations.

Qualifications for Registered Nurse (RN):

  • A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN in the state of New Jersey.
  • Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
  • Ability to manage care for multiple residents simultaneously in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
  • Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
