Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)
Arlington Heights, Illinois
AH SMILES is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Part-Time Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our team for a 3-month commitment to cover a maternity leave! As a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH), you will be responsible for providing quality dental care to our patients. You will work closely with our dentist to ensure that our patients receive the best possible care.

Schedule:
September 1st,2026---December 1st, 2026
  • Monday 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM
  • Tuesday 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM
  • Thursday 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Our dedicated team includes:
  • One Lead Dentist (experienced)
  • One Office Manager
  • One FT Lead Front Desk Coordinator
  • Two FT Registered Dental Hygienist (a few temps on call)
  • Two FT Dental Assistant
Compensation:
  • $53-$55 per hour (commensurate with experience)
  • Plus uncapped hygiene incentive!
Additional Information:
  • PMS - Dentrix
  • Time allotted for procedures
    • NP - 60 minutes
    • SRP per quad - 60 minutes
    • Prophy - 60 minutes
  • Average # of patients per day - 7
  • Morning Huddle
  • Insurances accepted - PPO accepted/Out of Network

Requirements:
  • Registered Dental Hygienist in the state of Illinois
  • Anesthetic Certification required
  • Sterilization protocols to OSHA regulations
  • CPR Certification
  • Computer efficiency- charting and scheduling
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Focus on periodontal and oral health and overall patient systemic health
  • Ability to build lasting relationships with teammates and patients
  • Delivery of an exceptional patient experience
