Facility: Adventist Health Lodi Memorial
Department: Surgery (RN First Assist)
Location: Lodi, CA
Address: 975 S Fairmont Avenue, Lodi, CA 95240
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Day Shift (M–F 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM) + Call
Call: Nights, weekends, and holidays
Hours: 40 Hours/Week (approx.)
Pay Rate: $78 – $80/hr
Estimated Weekly Pay: $3,120 – $3,200/week


Job Summary

Adventist Health Lodi Memorial is seeking an experienced RN First Assistant (RNFA) to support surgical procedures in the operating room. The RNFA will function directly with surgeons during operative procedures, assist with incision, dissection, suturing, and perioperative patient care while ensuring sterile technique and patient safety.


Requirements
  • Active RNFA experience (1–2 years required)

  • Perioperative nursing experience (preferred 2+ years)

  • Strong OR clinical experience

  • Ability to function as first assistant during surgical procedures

  • Experience with intraoperative patient management and sterile technique

  • Strong critical thinking and surgical support skills

  • Active California RN License
