Pay Rate/Range: $18-22/hr
Description: The R&D Technician Apprentice is a key member of the engineering team and works under the close guidance of Engineers and the Director of Engineering. This role is primarily responsible for supporting the development of new part designs and processes, contributing to innovation and continuous improvement efforts within the department.
Job Requirements: Candidates must possess strong organizational and problem-solving skills, along with proficiency in computers and Microsoft Office. A high school diploma and a minimum of two years of experience in a related field, preferably with a focus on mechanical skills such as automotive, maintenance, welding, fabrication, or similar hands-on work.
Job Type: Contract-to-Hire
Shift/Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm. Schedule may vary slightly based on project.
