Our company is currently seeking a Bookkeeper / Administrative Assistant to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records for our company.
Responsibilities:
- Process sales paperwork
- Send out Doc U Sign to customers
- Process tag and tile, temp tags, registrations
- Compute and record numerical data
- Greet customers and answer incoming calls
- Perform data entry and administrative duties
- Assist the team as required
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in accounting
- Previous auto dealership experience Is helpful
- Previous CDK experience helpful
- Previous tag and title experience desired
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong organizational skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
