On behalf of our Financial Services client, Procom is searching for a Credit & Collections Analyst for a temporary role. This position is a remote position based in Canton, Massachusetts.
Credit & Collections Analyst - Job Description:
The successful candidate will manage an accounts receivable portfolio of diversified customers, focusing on building customer relationships and maximizing collections. This role involves working in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks, and collaborating with internal and external partners to improve the credit and collections process.
Credit & Collections Analyst - Responsibilities:
• Manage and prioritize work to achieve or exceed collection metrics.
• Use collection software tools to execute strategies for receivable delinquency improvement.
• Ensure timely responses to customer inquiries and resolve billing and payment issues.
• Develop and maintain business relationships with customers and Sales Office personnel.
• Monitor assigned portfolio to mitigate loss exposure and recommend program changes.
• Reconcile accounts and manage disputed items within assigned portfolios.
• Follow up on legal documentation and manage risk for accounts and projects.
• Make credit decisions on customer orders based on credit line exposures.
• Participate in special projects and compile reports for management.
Credit & Collections Analyst - Mandatory Skills:
• BS/BA in Finance, Accounting, or other Business degree.
