Position Summary

4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Computer Systems Analysts to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Configure, enhance, and support Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR and Talent Management modules to meet business requirements.
  2. Gather and analyze functional requirements, recommend solutions, and coordinate implementation activities.
  3. Design, configure, and validate workflows, reports, interfaces, and system enhancements while supporting production environments.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery, testing, documentation, and continuous system improvements.

Minimum Qualifications

The position requires:

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience

Minimum 5+ years of experience implementing and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud solutions with expertise in Core HR, Talent Management, post-go-live enhancements, and functional configuration.

Technical Skills

Oracle HCM Cloud, Core HR, Talent Management, Functional Configuration, Workflow Configuration, BI Reporting, Oracle HCM Interfaces, Production Support

Business / Domain Skills

Human Capital Management (HCM), HR Business Processes, Requirements Gathering, Business Analysis, Post-Go-Live Support, Stakeholder Collaboration

Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.

Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.

Work Authorization

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud BI Reporting, workflow configuration, and interface development.
  2. Experience supporting production environments and delivering post-go-live enhancements.
