This remote position is designed to offer flexibility and autonomy in your work schedule. With our secure teletherapy platform, you will be equipped with the necessary tools to provide seamless virtual counseling. You’ll have full operational support from our administrative team, allowing you to focus on client care without the burden of excessive paperwork or billing tasks.

• Counsel clients individually via video chat, focusing on strategies to enhance their mental well-being.
• Engage clients in meaningful discussions to help them articulate their emotions, experiences, and challenges, thereby promoting self-awareness and personal growth.
• Act as an advocate for clients, assisting them in defining goals and navigating barriers to their mental health objectives.
• Conduct thorough evaluations of clients' mental health status and develop comprehensive treatment plans that employ evidence-based approaches tailored to each client's unique situation.
• Utilize our advanced therapist portal to manage appointments, document sessions, and access a repository of resources designed to enhance your practice.
• Participate in regular supervision sessions to discuss cases, receive support, and ensure adherence to best practices in mental health counseling.

Your primary focus will be on clients who are stable and demonstrate low acuity in their mental health challenges. Our pre-screening process ensures that you work with individuals who can benefit from supportive therapy rather than crisis intervention. This approach allows you to build productive therapeutic relationships and facilitate meaningful progress.

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.
• An independent state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory; limited or provisional licenses are not accepted.
• Demonstrated ability to make professional evaluations, develop treatment plans, and implement interventions effectively.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with empathy and a deep understanding of mental health issues.
• Strong computer literacy, enabling you to navigate digital platforms and utilize telehealth technologies efficiently.

We seek candidates who can demonstrate at least two years of experience in mental health counseling, particularly in virtual settings. Familiarity with solution-based treatment methodologies is highly desirable, as well as experience working with diverse populations.
