Location: Frankfort, IL (100% On-Site)

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Compensation: $26-28/hr + Full Benefits & Retention Bonuses (upon conversion)

The Opportunity

Are you a high-energy creative who thrives on autonomy? A leading food equipment manufacturer in Frankfort is looking for a Social Media & Marketing Content Coordinator to serve as the "voice and face" of our brand.

This is a Temp to Hire role perfect for a recent college graduate, intern or a professional with at least 1+ years of experience who is ready to manage their own desk. We are looking for a results-driven individual who is not shy—someone who is social, friendly, and eager to engage with our team and customers to tell our story.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media strategies across various platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Take full ownership of our technical spec sheets, brochures, and print collateral, executing a complete modern redesign using Adobe InDesign.
  • Capture and edit high-quality videos and images of our high-speed automated machinery (sauce applicators, slicers, etc.) for use across digital and print campaigns.
  • Participate in the customer testing process recording and editing videos for customer use and capturing "satisfying" industrial content.
  • Design and produce professional print ads and digital graphics to support our presence at major industry trade shows
  • Monitor analytics and performance metrics to optimize campaigns; you will be expected to be your own manager and stay up to date with trends.

Qualifications

  • Recent college graduate (Marketing, Communications, or Design) or 1+ years of proven experience in social media management and content creation.
  • Must be extroverted and engaging. You will be interacting with the production floor and customers regularly; being comfortable and friendly on and off-camera is a must.
  • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign is required. Strong skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro are a significant plus.
  • Strong photography and video skills with an eye for "visual storytelling" in a B2B environment.
  • Independent Spirit: Creative thinker with the ability to work independently and manage your own time effectively.
