Exciting opportunity for experienced Real Estate Paralegals! Trustpoint.One is partnering with the Florida offices of a prestigious AmLaw firm to identify a skilled Temporary Real Estate Paralegal to support a busy commercial real estate practice.

Are you a detail-oriented Real Estate Paralegal with experience handling sophisticated commercial real estate transactions? If so, we'd love to connect with you.
Key Responsibilities
  • Review and analyze surveys and title commitments
  • Prepare title objection letters
  • Coordinate and communicate with title companies
  • Manage UCC filings
  • Review zoning reports and other due diligence materials
  • Support attorneys throughout the commercial real estate transaction process

Qualifications
3+ years of Commercial Real Estate Paralegal experience in a law firm or corporate environment
Experience with:
  • Title and survey review
  • Title objection letters
  • UCC filings
  • Zoning reports
  • Due diligence management

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional attention to detail
Bachelor's degree required
Paralegal Certificate preferred
