Title: Project Coordinator 
Location: Deerfield, IL

Description:
  • Please note this is more of a project coordinator role.
  • This title was used because we don't currently have a project coordinator title in our job catalog.
  • This role provides critical administrative and project management support to ensure the smooth execution of the HR Transformation program.
  • The individual will drive cross-functional alignment by managing meeting logistics, tracking deliverables, preparing communications, and maintaining detailed program documentation.
  • This role enables faster execution, improved accountability, and a more efficient transformation process.
Skills:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Power BI (basic level).
  • Skilled in using PowerApps to streamline workflows and processes.
  • Experienced in building dashboards to track and visualize project progress.
  • Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • 8-10 years of experience in project coordinator role.
