Job description

Vivo HealthStaff is seeking a dedicated Mobile Radiologic Technologist for a full-time permanent position, offering a comprehensive benefits package. This role is critical in providing mobile X-Ray and EKG services to healthcare facilities within the Bakersfield Area.
Position: Mobile Radiologic Technologist
Location: Bakersfield, CA
Hours: 40 hours per week
Shift: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct and process X-Rays using portable digital (DR) or computed (CR) radiography equipment, ensuring the delivery of clinically diagnostic images for Radiologist interpretation.
- Transport and manage portable X-Ray equipment to perform physician-ordered examinations within various facilities.
- Execute EKGs when necessary and facilitate the transmission of results to a Cardiologist for analysis, contingent upon job requirements.
- Scan and submit exam-related paperwork and billing documents daily, adhering to company protocols.
- Maintain consistent communication with dispatch and management teams.
- Uphold professional interaction with colleagues, supervisory staff, and clients, ensuring efficient communication.
- Manage and maintain the assigned vehicle and X-Ray apparatus.
