About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative Manufacturing & QA Engineer to join our

team. This is a crucial, cross-functional role that serves as the link between Design

Engineering and Manufacturing Operations, ensuring that new product designs transition

smoothly into robust, scalable, and high-quality production processes.

The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving continuous improvement,

implementing ISO 9001-compliant processes, and applying statistical tools (SPC) to

What You’ll Do:

• Bridge Design & Manufacturing: Act as the key interface between Design

• ISO 9001 Compliance: Implement and maintain processes, work instructions, and

records that align with ISO 9001 requirements. Support internal and external audits

and contribute to a culture of quality management.

• Quality Engineering: Develop and maintain control plans, PFMEAs, and inspection

criteria. Collaborate with Manufacturing Operations to resolve issues related to

• SPC & Data Analysis: Establish SPC charts, collect and analyze process data, and

use statistical tools to monitor trends, identify root causes, and implement

corrective/preventive actions.

• Documentation & Training: Develop and update SOPs, work instructions, and

operator training materials. Ensure teams are trained in best practices for quality

and process control.

• Continuous Improvement: Lead or participate in Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen

initiatives aimed at reducing variability, improving yield, and enhancing overall

efficiency.
